Who We Are

  • Haus of Gray supports individuals and families navigating significant residential transitions—where clarity, discretion, and thoughtful coordination matter deeply.

Our work most often centers around homes in the $8–12M range, as well as clients managing multiple residences, where scale and complexity require a highly integrated approach. Each project is evaluated individually, based on scope, logistics, and the level of coordination needed to ensure a seamless experience.

Clients work with one trusted firm instead of managing multiple vendors, timelines, and decisions on their own.

  • The Haus of Gray is defined by integration, discernment, and continuity.

Rather than offering a single service, we oversee the full architecture of a transition—aligning real estate strategy, move management, organization, design, and home systems under one cohesive plan. This allows decisions to be made thoughtfully, timelines to remain clear, and execution to feel seamless.

Our work is informed by longstanding relationships within the Nashville luxury market, built over years of hands-on experience coordinating high-level homes and households. That depth allows us to move with confidence, discretion, and a clear understanding of how this market truly operates.

Clients work with us when they value clarity over complexity, trusted access, and a partner who understands both the homes and the people who live in them

  • The Haus of Gray is best suited for clients who value clarity, discretion, and a highly integrated approach to transition.

During an initial conversation, we explore the scope of your needs, the complexity of the project, and how involved you would like to be throughout the process. From there, we determine whether our approach, level of oversight, and pace align with what you’re seeking.

Our goal is always a thoughtful partnership—one that feels natural, well-supported, and aligned from the very beginning.

Move Management

  • All services coordinated through Haus of Gray are handled by fully licensed, insured, and professionally vetted partners. Every vendor is selected based on experience, discretion, and alignment with our standards.

We manage insurance verification, documentation, and compliance on your behalf so that you never have to oversee these details personally.

  • We offer various storage facilities to provide climate controlled, security enforced options for storage for clients who require short or long term storage as part of a transition.

    Storage options may include:

    • Household furnishings and decor

    • Fine art, collectibles, and specialty items

    • Seasonal items and estate contents

    • Vehicles such as luxury SUVs, collector cars, golf carts, ATVs

Equipment or fleet items requiring controlled access and discretion

  • We oversee:

    • Strategic planning and sequencing

    • Vendor coordination, and scheduling

    • Packing, labeling, and inventory systems

    • Move-day oversight

    • Delivery, placement, and unpacking

    • Integration with organization, design, and technology service services

Our role is to orchestrate the entire transition, ensuring efficiency, discretion, and continuity from one residence to the next.

Home Organization

  • We prioritize functionality and intelligent systems, designed around your lifestyle, household dynamics, and long-term needs.

Our work is informed by deep experience in high-end residential organization, bringing an advanced understanding of flow, inventory awareness, and spatial intelligence—details that quietly shape how a home operates day to day.

From that foundation, each space is elevated through clean lines, visual balance, and refined design details, ensuring environments feel effortless, composed, and aligned with the architecture of the home.

  • Each space is different and most of the time, we need some of your input to know which items we keep vs. donate. We will never remove an item from your home unless we are instructed to do so, and we will never pressure you to get rid of anything. We will, however, restate our project goals , and if getting rid of excess was a goal, we will do our best to help you achieve that. With most clients, we remove all the items from a particular space, throw away trash, sort like items, and at that point, they can work alongside us in editing items or we leave “homework” for the client to determine which items stay or go before our next session. The level of participation is at the discretion of each individual client.

  • We approach large residences with structure, sequencing, and continuity in mind.

Each space is evaluated in relation to the household as a whole—family members, children, guests, and trusted household staff such as nannies or live-in housekeepers. Systems are designed to feel natural and intuitive across roles, creating clarity and ease while preserving the home’s sense of privacy, beauty, and calm.

For clients with multiple residences, we focus on creating cohesive systems that translate seamlessly from one property to another, while still honoring the character, architecture, and rhythm of each home.

  • For clients relocating from out of state, our process is designed to be both thorough and flexible—meeting you where you are, regardless of timing.

If you are traveling in to close on your new home, we schedule a Pre-Move Walkthrough & Vendor Alignment Meeting at the property. During this visit, you’ll meet with our full team—interior design, home automation, window treatments, organizing, and any required contractors—so all decisions, measurements, and considerations are addressed in real time.

    This walkthrough allows us to:

    • Conduct full on-site measurements

    • Discuss lifestyle needs and priorities

    • Address questions or concerns specific to the home

    • Gather the information needed to create a comprehensive, accurate proposal

Following the walkthrough, we host a follow-up alignment meeting to review the proposed scope, clarify details, and ensure every element reflects your goals and timeline.

Interior Design

  • Our design perspective is deeply informed by home organization, functionality, and how spaces are actually used.

We focus on functional design—where layout, storage, circulation, and daily habits are thoughtfully considered alongside aesthetic expression. Beauty is essential, but it is never disconnected from purpose. The result is design that feels intuitive, refined, and supportive of real life, not just visually striking.

  • Every project is evaluated individually. Depending on the scope, The Haus of Gray may provide in-house design services—such as space planning, styling, sourcing, and ordering—or collaborate with one of our luxury interior design partners for more comprehensive or architectural projects.

Projects requiring detailed renderings, architectural coordination, or complex structural considerations are thoughtfully matched with an outside design partner, while more streamlined or styling-focused work is handled internally.

  • We are happy to collaborate with a designer you already trust. When doing so, The Haus of Gray serves as a coordinating partner—helping align timelines, communication, and execution so the overall vision remains cohesive.

To ensure a seamless experience, all collaborations are structured to maintain clarity, consistency, and alignment with the broader transition plan. Our role is not to replace your designer, but to support the process and ensure the home functions beautifully from a practical and aesthetic standpoint.

  • We provide an additional layer of oversight, coordination, and continuity throughout the design process.

When working with an outside design team, The Haus of Gray serves as a central point of contact—participating in key meetings, aligning timelines, and ensuring decisions remain cohesive across design, organization, and move management. We help translate vision into execution, streamlining communication while preserving the integrity of the overall plan.

Whether design is handled in-haus or through a trusted partner, our role is to simplify the experience, reduce friction, and ensure the home feels thoughtful, functional, and fully resolved.

Home Automation

  • We coordinate fully integrated smart home systems designed to enhance comfort, security, and ease of living.

Services may include lighting and climate control, security and surveillance, audio/visual systems, motorized window treatments, and whole-home control platforms. All technology is thoughtfully selected and planned to align with the home’s architecture and the client’s lifestyle.

  • Home automation is approached as part of the overall transition and design strategy, not as a standalone add-on.

We consider how the home will be used day to day—arrival, departure, entertaining, privacy, and downtime—then coordinate systems that support those moments quietly and intuitively. The goal is technology that feels seamless and supportive, never intrusive or overly complex.

  • The Haus of Gray coordinates with vetted automation specialists and serves as a central point of oversight, aligning technology with design, organization, and move management. We participate in planning discussions, manage coordination, and ensure systems are properly implemented and explained.

Our role is to simplify the process and ensure the home feels fully integrated and easy to live in from the start.
